Great communication is something we always strive to provide to each and every customer, the importunacy of you knowing what we are servicing on your vehicle matters! Also, we do have tables/desks that are available for your usage at the front of our Volkswagen side, near the front door entrance. However, if you need a space a little more quiet and spacious, you can ask any Team Member if there is an open Sales office available to use and if so we would be more than happy to get you set up into one! The service department went right to work on the problem, even coming to our house to see if they could diagnose and fix the problem before towing. They kept us informed and got the problem fixed quickly even having to consult with VW HQ on the unusual problem. James and Justin were outstanding, along with the master techs that fixed it.
