The service department at Young Volkswagen of Layton is incredible! They absolutely excel in all of the areas that Strong and Southtown’s service department fails. After a series of bad experiences at both Strong and Southtown, we decided to try Young Volkswagen. They are hands-down unparalleled in their level of service! If it wasn’t for Young Volkswagen we likely wouldn’t purchase Volkswagen vehicles again. From their appointment availability, consistent levels of communication, and always exceeding expectations, these guys rock.

I had a warranty issue. They got me scheduled quickly and fixed the issue in a couple hours on a Saturday. Very friendly as well.
