The staff there are very friendly and provided quick service. I was originally told that the part needed for my car was on back order and I would get a call once the part came in. I got a call the very next day to schedule my appointment, and they got me in super quick. I was told that the process would take about 5 hours, and exactly 5 hours later I got a call that my car was done. I appreciate how quick and efficient the VW staff were.

Melvin was extremely helpful, friendly, and answered all of our questions. He explained all aspects of the Atlas to us and spent at least an hour showing us all of the features of the Atlas. Melvin also ensured a couple of days after we purchased the Atlas that we were satisfied and if there were any problems. Very professional young man and friendly and I anticipate in a couple of years he'll be in charge or working at corporate management level.

Jake, Ryan, Ryan, Mike, and others got the problem diagnosed, the parts ordered and installed, and made sure I had a loaner car for the twelve days we were without our new ID.4, it reduced the number of trips I made to four and enabled me to get a lot done that would not have been possible without the loaner vehicle, thank you
