    Appointment was made for recall repair. Part was unavailable. I took time off of work and wasted two hours of my day driving to drop off and pickup my car for nothing.

    Jerrison was excellent and helped answer the many questions I had. My only complaint was that I had repeatedly expressed that I was needing to be elsewhere for an appointment by a certain time. The financial representatives kept saying “it will only be a few more minutes” even after I stated that I will be back in 3 hours after my other appointment. In the end I was late by more than a half hour to my appointment, and I still came back to VW when I was finished. Please respect your customers time when we say we have somewhere to be at a certain time.
