My biggest complaint is that they did extra things (like take the engine cover off and then put it back on) without approval. They legit took a video with it off just to “show us what the engine looked like” but now it’s no longer factory installed

The service was good other than having to drive 500 miles round trip for a software update on my car.

My service advisor MacKenzie and service tech Gage were both excellent. Very approachable, direct, and easy to communicate with. They also completed warranty work ahead of schedule. I have nothing even remotely critical to say about their service and professionalism - A++
