I think this is the worst dealership to work with. I had a check engine light on and they ended up keeping my car for over a week and they didn’t even tell me what was going on. They never called me like they said they would. I called every other day asking for status update and never got an update. Luckily it was all under warranty but I feel like even though it was a warranty they don’t care because there not making money on it. When I picked up my car it was absolutely filthy on the outside, grease marks and imprints all over the body of my car. I had to read the paper they gave me to find out what was wrong with my car. Very poor job from this dealership I will be taking my car elsewhere. The worst part is they will send me an automated message and that doesn’t do anything.
