Brendan was so professional and walked through everything that was going to happen when I first arrived. Although I didn’t purchase my Volkswagen from this dealership he treated me as if I had. When it comes to the technician, Dani Aguiar, I appreciate how thorough he was with the diagnostics. There is an incredible service team at Young Volkswagen.

I have been meaning to write this review on the exceptional customer service I received from Brendan and the technicians. I brought my Atlas in for a recall on the POD sensor -- exceptional service! Then I brought my son's Golf in for a recall on a part inside the gas tank -- exceptional service! Finally, I brought my Atlas in again, but this time for a leaking water pump -- exceptional service once again! I was very impressed with the courteous and competent service. I received prompt updates, quick Uber rides to and from the dealer, and the best part of all is that my Atlas' water pump was completed well ahead of time, which really helped me out. Thanks Brendan! Awesome work! And also thank you to the technicians too! Brendan and his team are 3 for 3 in my book! I will keep coming back!
