The service writer was very attentive to my needs got me in in a timely manner and had the recall completed by his techs sooner then expected walked me out to my vehicle great service experience

Brendan was awesome! We have been having a recurring issue with our atlas nearly since we purchased it. The problem continued to get worse and more constant. We had brought it in many times asking why it makes such a terrible noise when braking. No solutions were available but was apparently a common problem Volkswagen was aware of. Brendan was able to finally get rid of the issue for us. We brought our car in for its 10,000 mile oil change and left feeling like we had a new car. Thank you Brendan and the service department for finally giving us a car we love to drive!!! No more sloshing fluid noise when we brake, along with camera warnings when nothing is close. Driving is now bliss!
