Even with an appt or still took almost 2 hrs for an oil change and tires rotation. They did an excellent job but it took a while.

Sales & finance staff made things easy, smooth. I had a lot of questions when I went in. Marcus answered them and made a better recommendation. And he's still answering questions for me a week later.

Service was good! Was told I needed to replace my air filter but was not given the option to request the replacement. I was called and told my vehicle was ready.

Felt really welcomed by staff. Check in was quick and easy. Wait was a little longer than I was expecting based on being told it would be an hour, ended up being closer to 90 mins. The service was $300 and I’m not sure why, it’s an EV and there’s very little involved in the service. I hope they can make it cheaper in future because there’s not a whole lot involved in the service itself.
