Ibrahim was AWESOME. Honestly, I walked in on a Friday without any intention of buying a vehicle. I'm not a fan of games, and I really don't enjoy long processes. Ibrahim was fantastic and helped me test drive the Golf R as soon as I walked in. It was super quick! He also knew a lot about the car and showed me all the features inside and out. This made a big difference for me because I don't want to spend 50k on a car unless the person actually knows and cares about the vehicle I'm interested in. After driving it, I knew I wanted the car. The last hurdle was the deal and all the financing paperwork and stuff like that. I told Ibrahim that if the deal was right and I could get out of there in a decent time, I'd take the car. Ibrahim made the process super fast. I drove home with the car about 2 hours after I arrived at the dealership. None of my friends believed that, lol, because they all spend entire days dealing with sales and finance people. This was a GREAT experience. Oh, and the car is amazing :)
