    The service, scheduling and feedback went very well for the AC issue. I am not sure about the multi point inspection. I used to get a complimentary multi point inspection form I could review and never received that. Also it has been a few years since this occurred, but my vehicle used to be washed or I was given a token for a wash upon pickup.

    I had an email offer for 15% of an oil change, and the email states “just present this email to apply your discount” I asked to use this offer and I was told no because I don’t have a Young credit card, even though the offer doesn’t say anything about having a line of credit open.
