Mackenzie was great to work with. She was responsive, gave realistic time frames and when something happened that that delayed that timeframe she was quick to reach out and let me know, not only what was happening but how long it would take to fix

The service department is amazing. Always friendly and do great service. It's just to bad I have to visit so often with constant problems with my 2020 vw atlas cross sport. But the service department is probably one of the best I have ever been to.
