The service department was so kind and very helpful. I’ve been to the Logan young VW location and was severely disappointed in their service team. The Layton team is outstanding and McKenzie was so kind an helpful and made the experience stress free and easy.

A simple oil change took over an 1.5 hours. The service desk said that the reason it was taking so long was that, “the oil pump was slow today”. The mechanics video suggested air and cabin filter changes but we were never asked by the service desk if we wanted it. No car wash. We usually have our services done at the dealer where we purchased the vehicle but we wanted to try Young’s this time. This has probably cost them a 2025 Tiguan sale!

Hi Tracy! We’re sorry your recent visit didn’t meet expectations. A 1.5-hour oil change and unclear communication about the wait and filter recommendations are not up to our standards. We unfortunately do not have a working car wash on site, but due to that each Service Advisor is instructed to offer a car wash token to a car wash that is close to our Dealership.
