Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I brought my car in. Being a woman it can be scary to be looked at like I'm dumb and don't know what I am talking about, they listened to me and made me feel very welcomed.

From beginning to end, this transaction was a soup sandwich. It started with me going back and forth about "me" being the actual owner of the car. Once they checked the VIN, they changed the name in the system. The next item was the warranty. I purchased this car 4 months ago and I bought the extended warranty. I was given the costs of each diagnostic. I had to then, run out to my car to get the warranty paperwork. I was then told that they weren't sure if it would be covered. We went over everything and it was time for me to leave. I asked for the Lyft that I chose on the dealerships site when I made my appointment. I was then told that they do not cover lyfts to my residence, so there I sat. I could've had someone follow me and pick me up. I then decided to browse at the new cars and decided to get a new one. I was getting the quote on the trade-in and the service tech was telling finance that it was going to cost $2500 and that they didn't think the warranty would cover it. So, there I sat again until they could come up with a diagnosis, which was nothing. The purchase of the car was also a poor experience. Moreover, it was a waste of my time.

Everyone here was extremely great to work with. Haylee was our first contact and she was very helpful and kind. Then she turned us over to Devon who was also very kind and helpful. Zach finished up the sale and we were on our way. Much better customer service than other dealerships we have dealt with.
