My service advisor helped me see that a brake service was needed for my Taos and that there was an extension on the brakes warranty. He got me scheduled to get the brakes done before the “2 yr” coverage had expired

Wrong part and it still took 4.5 hours, it didn’t get done so now I have to go back for another 4.5 hour service

The service manager, Mackenzie, was friendly, helpful and made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with my visit, and that all of my concerns were addressed. The service, a wheel alignment, was performed quickly.

Well, as a mechanic, being told the turbo inlet seal is leaking just because it sounds louder, is absurd. There is no leak. This is the second tire, on this brand new car I’ve had issues with, and the dealership wouldn’t even do me the courtesy of contacting a corporate management member to try and find a solution, other than me just eating another four hundred dollars. To top this experience off, upon getting back in my car to leave, my entire glovebox and contents were on the floor of my car, my zippo lighter holding a ridiculous amount of sentimental value was damaged, and the plastic on the door next to the glove box is scratched. I will never again visit young Volkswagen. They are running an absolute scam, and I will be reporting all this to the attorney general in the state of Utah, as well as the consumer protection agency. This was nothing shy of extortion.
